health risks through healthier nutritional diets; increase confidence in cooking culturally
appropriate healthy meals and its importance to overall health and wellbeing. Participants
would be offered Information, Advice and Guidance to understanding underlying health
conditions including physical activities.
We are having some inspiring guests and health professionals that would take part in
discussions on how we can all take meaningful steps in tackling this important community
issue.
This event will be a great opportunity to network with other organisations and build a
vibrant and strong health and wellbeing partnership in the area. The project is also
important to a diverse group from different ethnic communities or backgrounds (to relief of
isolation, loneliness) and to welcome their involvement and participation. Please join us as
we launch this important community initiative in Bedford.
